What this site is

robhackney.com is a personal portfolio presenting comics, books, screenplays, illustration, video and software projects. It is provided for information only. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase here, and no service level is promised — the site may change or be taken down at any time.

Copyright

All text, artwork, comics, scripts, photographs and video on this site are the property of Rob Hackney or their respective rights holders, and are protected by copyright. You may read, link to and share pages. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt, train machine-learning models on, or use the artwork or writing commercially without written permission.

Third-party names, logos and footage that appear in any showcased work remain the property of their owners and appear for identification and commentary only.

The World Motorsport Roundup application

World Motorsport Roundup is a private tool used by its operator to assemble and publish a weekly motorsport programme to a single YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public, has no public sign-in, and is not a service you can subscribe to or purchase. It is operated at its owner's discretion and may be changed or discontinued without notice.

Where it interacts with Google services, it does so under Google's own terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

No warranty

This site and the application are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Reasonable care is taken over accuracy, but no guarantee is given that anything here is complete, current or error-free, and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from reliance on it, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
